Shipping policy

Items will be shipped either UPS or USPS. Customer assumes shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated in your cart at the time of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that all estimated shipping dates and times are not guaranteed. Your package will arrive when the carrier is able to get it there. If for some reason your package is lost, stolen, or does not arrive, you the customer will need to contact the respective carrier (USPS or UPS) in order to file a claim. We do not replace/refund lost or stolen items/packages. If for some reason your order is missing an item and the package was unopened prior to customer receipt, please contact us at captainpopculture.com so that we may review your purchase and send a replacement item.
